What is the cerebrum?

the largest part of the human brain

located in the anterior portion of the forebrain

responsible for making us feel and move

The cerebrum is divided into two hemispheres: the right and the left.

The right is for creativity and the left is for logical thinking.

What do these lobes do? Frontal Lobe- associated with reasoning, planning,

movement, emotions, and problem solving

Parietal Lobe- associated with movement, orientation, recognition, perception of stimuli

Occipital Lobe- associated with visual processing

Temporal Lobe- associated with recognition of auditory stimuli, memory, and speech
