Tennis

The sport calls for attention to a range of techniques, like executing footwork, holding and swinging the racket properly, serving, and maintaining a good depth when returning the ball to the opponent's side of the court.

Simple drills can be performed regularly to enable a more solid tennis game and improve endurance on the court. For instance, players can work on their forehand and backhand swings to ensure accuracy during an actual game by having a partner or coach toss or hit balls to them at waist height, which helps to work on ground strokes.

Conclusion

Having numerous balls sent over the net in succession can reinforce proper grip on the racquet, correct footwork, and train the player to anticipate the ball's speed and how to direct it to the desired point on the opponent's court during a return.
