Gender Discrimination in Sports• Woman Athletes are getting less salary/prize money
compared to Men in every sports• Founder of the modern Olympics, Baron Pierre de
Coubertin, said in 1896, “No matter how toughened a sportswoman may be, her organism is not cut out to sustain certain shocks.”

PROVOCATION

INSPIRATION
Her Games is a week-long international sports tournament exclusively for women, which will held in Ernakulam in
August 2017. (Aug 14-18)Now women are totally out of our playgrounds. Sports is
entertainment, empowerment, endurance and employment. HER GAMES aims to bring back our women
to playgrounds for improving their lives in every aspect. More women to sports means less spending for health. Her
Games will give her FREEDOM TO PLAY.All are open to participate. Companies, organizations and
clubs can send their women teams for the tournament. The curtain raiser tournament will be conducted on 2016
August 14 & 15 in Ernakulam.

• Corporate Women Tournaments (Hopscotch, Badminton, Carrom etx) to promote sports and networking events among woman employees and promote their rights to play and networking for better career prospects
• This activities will cover all major cities of India in one year
