The Yoga Unit Offers different
types of classes which are as

Poses Ashtanga Yoga: It involves synchronizing the breath with a
progressive series of postures which produces intense internalheat and a profuse and purifying sweat that help detoxifymuscles and organs.
Beginner Flow Yoga: It is a beginner level flow class thatcovers alignment of basic poses and creates a gentle approachfor the flow method of practicing yoga. It also includesexercises useful for lungs, chest, and heart.
Hatha Yoga: It is a potent alignment-oriented practice that issuitable for all levels. In this practice, Hatha postures andstretches are combined with the breath to develop flexibilityand relaxation.

Restorative Yoga: It is great for all yogis to relax, release andrejuvenate the mind and body. Also, it helps you to simplifythe classic poses of yoga while moving and opening theaffected areas of the body through some gentle flowingsequences.
