Tirumala and Mumbai Temple Origin

Venkateswara, the lord of seven sacred hills, is located on the seventh

hill venkatadri (venkata hill). The lord is relaxing near the southern

banks of pushkarini. Venkata hill is assumed as the part of mount meru

of paradise. It is said that lord garuda has carried mount meru from

paradise (vaikunt) to planet earth.

Vaishnavism, is the origins of tirumala temple. Vishnavism is a

prehistoric sect, they are strong believers of the principles of love,

peace, equality and prohibits animal sacrifice.

Garbha griha, is the innermost sanctum, where the main idol of lord

venkateswara resides. A visible impression of Goddess Lakshmi can be

seen on the right chest of Shree Balaji.

Lord Balaji has divine charisma, devootees(pedestrians) who visit the

temple by foot for having Sarvadarsanam experiences the divineness of

lord Balaji. They come back with a sense of spiritual satisfaction,

Divine Peace in mind and the hunger to stand in front of Lord

Venkateswara and experience the ecstasy again and again.

To make such Lord's blessings available in Mumbai, Shree Balaji

Foundation has come up with Shree Balaji Mandir in Charkop, Mumbai.
