Christopher Columbus

Christopher Columbus born in October 1451 in The Republic of Genoa

Christopher was the first explorer or sailor to discover the Americas.

Columbus discovered modern day America which is now one very developed country of the world

Leonardo Da Vinci Da Vinci was born in April of 1452 in

the small Tuscan town of Vinci

Leonardo invented new things to the Renaissance time period like tanks and parachutes.

He helped us develop machines for war and he also developed a plane for us to fly around the world

Nicolaus Copernicus

Nicolaus was born in February 1473 in The Kingdom Of Poland

He was the first astronomer to discover that the Earth was not in the center of the universe

He helped us develop modern science, he also proved that the Catholic church was wrong at that time

He helped influenced developing modern art with Leonardo Da Vinci

Spain

He was a Spanish Conqueror, He conquered most of South America for being the Spanish Territory

He conquered most of South America so that it would be Spanish Territory, it has helped us today because then we would still be having natives there if he hadn't conquered South America

Ferdinand Magellan Magellan was born in 1480 in

the Kingdom Of Portugal

Ferdinand changed the way people used to think of the Earth and proved that the Earth was round but not flat

He helped us get a good understanding of the Earth like we have now, he proved that it wasn’t flat like people used to think it was

Martin Luther Martin Luther was born in

November 1483 in Eisleben, Holy Roman Empire

Martin Luther tried to say that people cannot clear your sins by just paying money

He showed German-Catholics that if they wanted to avoid Hell they wouldn’t be able to pay money, so they would be better people

Hernan Cortes was born in 1485, Medellin, Castile

He captured Mexico to be under the Spanish Crown.

John Calvin was born in July 1509 in the Kingdom Of France

John Calvin introduced new forms of church government

He helped to introduce new forms of church government which would helped Christians have had a different kind of government in the Christian Churches.

Shakespeare was born in April of the year 1564, in Stratford England

He changed the way that plays used to be written and he also created a new style of writing

Shakespeare helped us develop the ways that plays are written and he introduced to us a new style of writing.

GALILEO GALILEI Galileo was born in the year 1564 in

Florence, Italy

Galileo showed that the Earth was not in the center of the Universe, but that the sun was in the center of the Universe

He thought us about modern science so we know what we know today and don’t have the same misunderstanding as the Catholic Church

December 25, 1642 in Lincolnshire, England

He invented integral calculus in maths, he also showed what gravity was

Sir Isaac made a huge impact of what we know today giving us a clear understanding of gravity
