We have multiple global HRIS systems but as the CHRO I want to deploy a global-wide
performance & development planning
process which interfaces with our other systems.

without getting too technical, we quickly realised that
every company is different and that providing a system designed for someone else was NEVER going to solve
the problem.
For example, we’ve enabled companies:
- to deploy a contemporary global performance and development planning process adopting the specific customer’s processes, where there were multiple HRIS/ERP systems in place.
- to support one Company Division by delivering a system for their very particular process covering performance, finance and sales data dimensions, which was not relevant to the rest of the corporation.
- to understand their high churn rate by providing a survey tool to help them understand the defection and work with them to foster employee engagement.
And this is just skimming the surface...
Pilat plugged our gap that our existing ERP software just couldn’t deliver. The limitations within the ERP functionality meant I could not deploy a global performance and development planning process the way I wanted to.
