ORCA HRM(Human Resource Management)

ORCA HRM is an application that is used as a means to collect, store, preserve, retrieve, revise the HR data, that simplify and speed up the process of personnel administration.

This application is made with features such as Attendance System, Employee Information, Employee Maintenance, Outstanding Documents, Smart Filter and Reporting. Additionally presented BLC (Balance Score Card), Training and Recruitment. All these requirements will be implemented into the features that is easy to use, beautiful design and a web-based or desktop that can be tailored to the needs and policies of the company.

ORCA HRM will increase the company’s efficiency, improve communication, and enhance the overall synergy. Applying this HRM ORCA will reduce the use of resources, recruitment costs, and the cost of using paper. In addition to improving the quality of the entire operation of the company, ORCA HRM will add more value to the acceleration of the business process itself.
