Let’s follow all options in more details.

First at all you have to register your application using license key received via email.

You need to fill two fields to proceed with registration:

Your email

Your license key

Set up settingsConfiguration name

How would you like to name your configuration (e.g. you can use your store name or other you like)

02Each user should enter all necessary details to set up configuration:

FTP settings

Fill all fields to your FTP in order to have access to files

Remote Database Connection Settings

Enter data to your database so application could work with

When you enter all settings you can check whether everything works correctly by clicking “Test Connection” button. You have to receive “Connection successful” result.

After that press “Save” button to save all settings

03Once you run this step you have to select necessary configuration in the “Configuration name” drop-down.

If you need to add or modify configuration click “Configure” button and do necessary changes

Language

You can select any language in the drop-down and your products and categories will be displayed current language

Filter

Category – you can generate pdf file for selected categories (you have to check them in drop-down) or for all categories (just leave “Nothing selected”).

Select the theme

You can select one of 5 free theme to generate PDF. Also you can order necessary theme at our store ( http://store.ovologics.com ) and we’ll implement that for you for additional fee

Filter

Manufacturer – select necessary manufacturers that you’d like to see in generated PDF file

Stock status – select necessary option

Product name – you can use this option to select products by product name (e.g. you need to have pdf file with all cups at your store)

Reference – find products by references

Price – find products by necessary price (you can enter necessary values in fields or move trackbar)

05You can select all products here by checking checkbox in the header of the form or select necessary products.

Also you can search products and use them to generate PDF file. To easy reviewing products you can go to different pages

Add email to see it here

Add your phone number

Also you can modify fonts, font size, colors for all items above, add images to cover page

Next – you can modify fonts, font size, and colors for products name, description, price and for store name

10The last step is “Publish and Save catalog”.

You can save pdf file at your FTP or at local PC. In order to do that you need to click at “Configure” button and enter necessary data.
