going to cost? Verifone Mx925 $865 Hardware costs (without signature pads) –

Estimated $800 Tokenization fees go upward from $15/month for

pharmacies with 250 or less stored credit cards. Gateway fees should be absorbed by your credit

card processor. CRx Net Protect is a monthly fee of $119 for

smaller stores (10 or less computers) or $139 for larger stores (between 10 and 20 computers).

Computer-Rx has enhanced their interface capabilities with the CoverMyMeds interface to reduce additional steps in your workflow.

Based on selections made in File Main Business Info Communication tab, a matching rejection code will automatically send the prior authorization request to the doctor via CoverMyMeds within ten minutes unless cancelled.

Users will now have the option to cancel the prior authorization request if necessary by accessing the third party detail and clicking on the CoverMyMeds button at the bottom of the page. A selection box will appear and give an option to “Cancel PA.”

FDS Auto Reconciliation Capabilities

FDS Auto Reconciliation

Computer-Rx allows for auto claimreconciliation when the credentialsare input to access and pull the filesin the pharmacy software FDS providesa service called eConcile® that will send claimreconciliation files and give access to detailed reports based on datareceived from PBMs.FDS Reconciliation Process The pharmacy receives a payment from the PBM. FDS will then send the reconciliation file from that

PBM’s payment within 24-48 hours. WinRx will query nightly using the Internet Send

program for the file posted by FDS. For detailed payment information and reports visit FDS website.

Electronic Reconciliation Requirements

When using any of the previously mentioned electronic reconciliation processes WinRx will only mark claims paid if the claim data received consists of these 3 parameters:

Prescription Number The prescription number from the reconciliation file matches an

active prescription in WinRx.

Fill Date The fill date for the Rx in the reconciliation file corresponds with the

prescription match in WinRx.

Due from Insurance Amount The insurance payment amount for the prescription must be within

desired percentage set in “File Maintenance Business Info Automation” tab.

Configuring Automated FDS Reconciliation Settings

To pull the files directly to the store’s WinRx software, those details are input In File Maintenance Business Info Automation tab. Once the required

information is input, available files are retrieved once posted and the reconciliation process happens

immediately.

The auto reconciliation percentage variable can also be set in this screen. Keep in mind that variable set

will affect the claims reconciled during the automated process. This variable determines if more or less claims are flagged as reconciled based on the

increased or decreased percentage.

Automated FDS Reconciliation

This printout will print to the default printer when checks are auto reconciled in the

morning. This printout will list reconciled claims as wells as claims that cannot be reconciled so

investigation can be done to determine why they were not reconciled. DIR fees will also show on this printout which will allow those

figures to be documented and sent to bookkeepers or accountants.
