I say, Kudos to all social media managers out there! The job of being on the loop always, like 24/7 (if possible) is no easy job. Establishing a strong presence on social media sites would have never been possible without the help of a social media marketing professional. Although any one can do it -- it clearly is not practical for a business owner to be glued in front of a PC to monitor every like and share on Facebook, right? Big-time companies are fortunate to have the resources to employ a good number of people work on social media marketing 24/7. But for smaller, local businesses, it can be hard to be "omnipresent" for their consumers. Any potential customer may have a question to ask or a comment to make and what not -- so having a dedicated professional to keep up with the versatility and demand of social media marketing is of great advantage to the business.

By showing that you are almost always available to attend to every "why" and "how" on any social media site about your product and service, you are building a strong fort that is composed of trust and empathy.
