1.Use hashtags wisely. Make sure others are using it.2.Promote an event using a hashtag.3.Location hashtags are very useful. 4.Join a live Twitter chat which will have a relevant hashtag.5.Use hashtags sparingly. A tweet filled with hashtags only is so spammy!
