• As a tool it can be a part of talent solutions. • Recruiters will be able to decide between many jobseekers and find most
suitable person by creating a challenge for position they want to fill up. 1. Recruiters create a challenge and every jobseeker for that position will
have to solve that challenge. 2. To solve that challenge jobseekers have to use skills and knowledge
required for that position. So you will see the real performance in solving everyday working situations, you will also see the approach, efforts, creativity and other person’s nature you simple can not see during the interview or in the application form.
The most important thing is that recruiters can decide based on result from challenge between inexperienced job seekers (graduates) or between those who have similar working background. Recruiters can save a lot of time and money; instead of inviting all candidates to interview you can filter jobseekers based on result from challenge and invite only most promising individuals.

• It will be a tool which allows companies to create a challenge in order to solve any kind of „issue which need to be solved“ (new marketing solution, design, cost saving...)
• Any member on LinkedIn can solve the challenge if he has the skills to solve it.
• Challenge can be solved by huge number of professionals around the world.
• The more ideas and solutions from different minded people, the greater the likelihood of finding breakthrough solutions.
Challenges will be rewarded so company will pay for best idea (not attempts) reward will also motivate members to solve challenges. By using these challenges companies can obtain new fresh ideas (from outside the company) and also find talented individuals and gain possibility to work with them.
