• Vervangt: mededeling op stafoverleg
• Vervangt niet: departementale snelinfo
• Gebruik nieuwe kanalen: Blog: verslag in mensentaal van voor (quasi)
iedereen relevante punten, Yammer: aankondiging dat het geplaatst is (met
link naar blog)
• Vorm: blog header: “Directieraad van DATUM” Yammer: “Bekijk de
belangrijkste onderwerpen uit de directieraad van DATUM. [link]”

• Verslag: deelnemer(s) – zij werken samen om een verslag te maken – ook hier binnen de
twee werkdagen
• Verantwoordelijkheid: teamhoofden – geen deelname aan seminarie zonder post op
Quagga/Yammer
• Vervangt: briefing in teamoverleg, verslag op G-schijf
• Gebruik nieuwe kanalen: Wiki: weergave van de kennis die tijdens opleiding werd
opgedaan en die relevant is voor een flink deel van de afdeling. Dus niet: integraal
verslag (eerst daar geweest, toen daar). Liever: wat is blijven hangen dat je kunt
gebruiken in het werk? Yammer: aankondiging dat het geplaatst is (met link naar wiki)

Yammer
• Yammer wordt vrij intensief gebruikt, op verschillende manieren (via
web client, via desktop client, via samenvattende mail)
• Nagenoeg iedereen vindt het gebruiksvriendelijk. Een nadeel dat
meermaals vermeld wordt is het ontbreken van ‘harde returns’
• sommigen vinden dat er iets te veel ‘onnozelheid’ op Yammer staat en
zien meer nood aan guidance. Anderen vinden die zaken net leuk.
• Bijna iedereen vindt wel dat Yammer goed is voor de sociale cohesie.

Quagga
• De meesten zien het nut van Quagga in, maar vinden de applicatie niet
optimaal
• de navigatie moet beter, ze is niet gebruiksvriendelijk genoeg
• er is nood aan een ‘must see’ tag of een ‘officieel kanaal’, zodat je
weet welke berichten je zéker gezien moet hebben
• tags moeten beter gestructureerd worden
• men vraagt om meer afspraken, vooral over de positie van Quagga
tgov. de fileserver. Welk soort bericht of doc op welk kanaal?
• Het onderscheid tussen nieuwsbericht en wikibericht is irrelevant
