GoPro Hero4 cameras have finally hit retailer stores. For this occasion we prepared a short analysis of the Internet discussion about the new cameras. General attitude towards Hero4 is very positive. There were no negative mentions. The most trending topic in a discussion was the new promo video: The Adventure of Life in 4K. 4K resolution itself was also eagerly talked about. In comparison to Hero3+, people generated 65% contents more about Hero4, but these mentions were less influential. They reached to approximately 38% Internet users less than in the case of Hero3+. The number of mentions about GoPro Hero4 rose significantly when the company announced cameras and all its specifications globally. It was also the day of new promo footage release. The video was widely shared and discussed in social media. Just like other GoPro videos, this one appealed to social media users. Another slight rise in the number of mentions (October 5th) was related to the actual GoPro Hero4 release date when all three models were ready for sale in retail stores.
