• DPOs are leprosy sensitive in region to keep mainstreaming process .

• Localization the skill and capacity of disability management .• Institutional governance indicators are improving after the

assessment/action plan/follow up ( 10 district level and 60 VDCs level )

• Livelihood support works as magnet of local resources / banking transaction/revolving fund

• Enhanced capacity of regionally 30 members on CRPD monitoring in local level .

• Increased social participation after enhanced the capacity of leadership .

• Media advocacy against the social injustice . (radio program, TV report and publication )

• Changing behavior of police implementers and human rights activist .
