Be passionate about what you shareand share exceptional content. Ask yourself the

question: “Would anyone miss you or your content if you immediately disappeared from the digital

platforms?” If notthen reevaluate what, how and why

you’re doing what you’re doing.


H: Help Others


Provide solutions, resources and answers. Share your secret sauce.


U: Understand


Seek to understand others. Actively listen to what other people are saying.


M: Make a Difference


Add value that is unique and shared with your own special art. Have a goal to

change lives in your industry and profession.


A: Authenticity


Be real and be authentic. Have a point of view and share it. Avoid “sales speak” and talk in easy to understand terms.


N: Never Stop Learning and Disrupting Your Industry


Never stop working on your craft. Neverstop telling stories and empowering your
