Established in 1904, Muskoka Foundry operated initially as a linen mill and then a metal fabrication foundry/factory for over 100 years.

Muskoka Foundry is to be home to a one-of-a-kind 30,000 square foot Landmark encompassing unique retail, cuisine, brew house, distillery, performing arts and a special events venue in world re-known Muskoka.

With its ceilings soaring 40 feet high, massive steel beams, brick walls and period glass windows, Muskoka Foundry is the home for an amazing ambiance blended with the most incredible shopping, dining & entertainment.

Simply Cottage offers an artfully blended mix of old and new. Colorful slip covered furniture alongside our signature line of recycled Canadian furniture. Vintage finds and well loved pieces from days gone by combine to make a shop that epitomizes cottage decorating and cottage chic design.

Our ever changing 8,000 sq. ft. of inventory is always a great visual experience and with every visit you will discover another must have for your home.

We brew great beer at Iron Brewhouse. Every month a guest brewer from a local brewery oversees the on-sight brewing of a delicious one-of-a-kind hand crafted beer, exclusively available at Iron Brewhouse.

The Blast Furnace Located in the Iron Brewhouse, The Blast Furnace is a one of a kind, culinary explosion under the soaring ceilings, massive steel beams and surrounded in vintage architecture.

Experience freshly prepared food from our open marche style kitchens. The bakery ovens start at 5am daily creating some of the most delicious breads, muffins, desserts and pasties and its all from scratch.

The menu includes signature recipes and fresh juices, to any egg creation, sushi, Oyster bar, fresh fish, local fresh farm grilled and roasted red & white meats, pizza, specialty cheeses, gourmet coffee and much more.

Mercado Within the incredible FOUNDRY Hall, Mercado is truly a one-of-a-k ind market with art i sans creating and purveyors displaying their one of a kind foods and creature comforts. See the Foundry Glass Blower magically creating one off objects to the Foundry blacksmith forging iron into unique products.

P45 Roastery Nothing half way about us and t h e c ra f t o f g r e a t j a v a continues at Muskoka Foundry. See coffee beans in their raw form being transformed into your favorite cup of jo. Medium, light, dark or decaf its all right here.

Take a tour of the roastery, sample some of best coffee available and grab a freshly roasted bag to enjoy at home.

1904 Distillery Located at the South end of Muskoka Foundry, 1904 Distillery is in full production and you can see the entire distilling process through to aging of this craft tradition directly from FOUNDRY Hall.

Take a tour and see the distillery in full production of Vodka, Gin, Rum and Whiskey. Sample the great creations from our Master Distiller, purchase a freshly crafted bottle or merchandise from the the Distillery Shop.

FOUNDRY Hall Enter FOUNDRY Hall and our greeter will tell you all about its rich history. With 40 feet high soaring ceilings, massive steel beams and vintage architecture, FOUNDRY Hall is 7,000 square feet of incredible dining and entertainment.

Our seating ranges from really comfortable to insanely comfortable and every chair has a great vantage point. See the open market kitchens in Mercado, P45 Roastery, the Iron Brewhouse bar, view the massive HD entertainment screen, peer into the Muskoka Distillery and see a live performance on stage or just look up at the ceiling…. There is so much to catch your senses in FOUNDRY Hall.

Weddings, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Corporate outings or any celebration, Muskoka Foundry has three halls available. The Pub Room seating 75- 120 guests, The Distillery seating 30-100 guests and Foundry Hall seating up to 450 guests all with multiple seating configurations.
