reached a point where everybody was satisfied with the results. Venteo

was created to provide people with information about all their events and

BrainstormingOur experience taught us that behind every brilliant idea there is always a

solid business model. Venteo was exactly this kind of idea. We wanted to

assess what would be crucial for this application and its future customers.

In order to shorten the production time, we decided to choose the main

functionality from the base project and started from there.

UX and MVPWe started with low level mock-ups which, with

time and great amount of hard work,

transformed into high level mock-ups. All this time, our graphic designers were working constantly on the first version of application’s layout. From a boring grey

sketch we came to a colorful, pink based layout

with a frozen glass effect, which made the app

even prettier.

During the design process we’ve constantly

worked on the usability of the application with

our client, who had undertaken the job of

testing the app. His group of testers provided us

with useful and important feedback and we

used it to improve app’s usability. We enhanced

user interface to make it interact with customers

in the way they wanted.

DrOmnibus

New quality in kids therapy

DrOmnibus is a complex tool for supporting the therapy of children with

developmental and/or behavioral disorders (including autism, Down

Syndrome, ADHD, mental impairment) which features a progress-tracking

system along with a personal organizer of the child’s therapist, based on

games for tablets.

Children can successfully use it during the meetings with a therapist as well

as on their own, at home.

Games10 games 6 months of work over 1000 illustrations

DrOmnibus is based on a set of games developed by our programmers and

graphic designers. Each game aims at practicing one main skill, e.g.

differentiation, emotions recognition, arranging, sound identification, etc. In order

to make sure everything works, we cooperated with a group of psychiatrists and

kids. That’s how we knew DrOmnibus games will actually work and provide

children with help and fun.

Another great feature of DrOmnibus toolset is a panel with progress tracking

system gathering statistical data for comprehensive evaluation of child’s

progress during whole process.

As panel is available on desktop computers and tablets, parents can check it

whenever they want. What’s more, the system contains a work organizer

allowing easy communication between parents and a therapist.

When the project was nearly finished, we started working

on its community side. We launched DrOmnibus official

website. It contains access to the panel and buying

options.

Along with the website, there is DrOmnibus blog

explaining the whole idea of helping children through

tablet games and applications. It’s a place with loads of

useful information for curious parents.

Hackathon War

In November 2013 we decided to spend our weekend somewhat

differently than usual. So we gathered forces in our old headquarters

solely for one purpose. And that was Hackaton.

72 hours of work and one goal. Create an application as good as

possible in this period of time. It was our first Hackathon, but certainly

not the last.

We started the day one with more or less 20 ideas. After fierce

discussions and lots of voting, we narrowed the final number down to 3

applications we wanted to give a try. One of them was a kind of drum

pad/sampler. Nothing fancy, to tell you the truth, but we’ve added one

important device to it. And it worked :)

Promotion

We wouldn't be ourselves if we left it unfinished. After polishing the prototype,

we wanted this to be a complete project – from the beginning to the very end.

BrandieGamesMobile Game Creator

BrandieGames is a unique online platform where every company can make fully customizable simple mobile games to help with online social media marketing and promotion.

With this platform, young companies can create their own adgames with only a

few clicks. Its engine acquires the needed information from the company’s

Facebook fanpage and on such basis creates a simple game. Brandiegames

suggests a color scheme of the interface and type of the game. As a result of

creating BrandieGames we achieved a high level of understanding and

proficiency in game functionality and development.

Perfect PitchdeckWhole three months program ended with Demo Day, where we

showed products of our work. We prepared thoroughly and scored

a perfect presentation.

We showed BrandieGames: Run VC Run as an example of a game.

Simple runner where you play as an investor running away from a

bad start-up. The link to the game was given in red envelopes with

“Don’t open” sign.
