Why Host an Event?By hosting an event and listing it on the Innovation Festival website your event will gain unrivalled exposure to our 25,000+ attendees, sponsors, city partners and media partners. Innovation Festival will help to broaden your network’s exposure within and beyond your region, adding a global component to your event. You’ll also receive the support of the InnovationFestival Team who will tweet, blog and discuss about your event to our ever-expanding network.

Event Formats
We advise you to select the finest speakers in the theme or field that you have chosen – the local voices of Innovation. Those experienced in public speaking and/or that have controversial perspectives are often the best. It is important to be clear about the topic that your speaker is presenting on and that this fits in with the theme of your event and that of Innovation Festival. Speaker quality will directly affect the number of attendees you will gain!
Speaker Recruitment
Location Location is key to the success of your event and this depends on the scale of your event. You don’t have to think of a venue as a huge expense – if you’re holding an intimate meet-up, why not hold it in your office, or in a coffee shop? Make the most of the innovative spaces your city has to offer!To keep costs down for larger events look to partner with local brands and businesses to mutually benefit each other. Remember to consider transport links, accessibility and capacity when choosing your location!

Make sure to add your logo and put in as much detail as you can so that our audience can gain a useful insight into your event. If your city does not exist in our drop down menu, please e-mail [email protected] who will create the city for you. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us to let you know your listing has been successful.

E-mail RemindersThe Innovation Festival will help you send automated e-mails out to your attendees and participants the week before your event. Simply, send an e-mail template to [email protected] and an excel spreadsheet with your attendee details.
StaffingInnovation Festival has seen a lot of interest from volunteers (offering both onsite and virtual help). We will do our best to connect you with volunteers in your city – many hands make light work!
