The Beginning

This customer wanted their loft converted into a bedroom with Velux

windows installed. An en-suite bathroom was also to

be added.

Cleaning out

Stripping out old insulation. The loft beams are exposed.






Installing the Velux Windows

Velux windows provide good head space and light and usually no planning permission is required.

Adding in Stairs

Stairs are added to provide access to the new bedroom when finished.






Laying the Floor

The flooring is laid to provide a sound surface.

Plasterboard and Insulation

Insulation, plasterboard and electrics are in place.






Bathroom Installed

An ensuite bathroom is installed in one corner of the room.






Nearly Finished!

Walls are plastered and once dry will be painted.
