Role pertains to analyze stakeholders’ business requirements and deliver quarterly changes within corporate

action system platform, which caters to Corporate Actions Custody, Reconciliation and Payments.

• Catering to different requirements from stakeholders based on system enhancements and change requests

from the business teams to inculcate market enhancements.

• Liaise between TCS IT teams, Operations teams and Stakeholders in terms of documenting BRD’s ,

requirement analysis and solution documents.

• Liaise between business and technical personnel to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and

applications and analyze the different impacted systems in the lifecycle of CA events and perform end to

end testing in terms of multiple impacted systems..

• Analyze client’s business requirements and processes through document analysis, calls, workshops, and
