  3. 3. Will Power Can make lazy person active Helps you to do what you want to do Helps you to achieve your goals Can get you out of addictions / Habits Helps you to be self disciplined Helps you in turning will to did(I will do this to I did this)

  5. 5. Help you in getting skills likeDisciplined, Intelligence, Learning, Working,Exercising, Logical reasoning, Meditation,Prayer etc
  6. 6. Am I lacking Will Power ?
  7. 7. You are lacking if You miss to pay your bills on time despitehaving funds You want to do some tasks but unable tostart it despite having time & resources You dont want to do some actions (tasks)but still end up doing it again & again. You are often & continuously not actingon feedback (feelings) from your inner self
  8. 8. Examples You have to reach office at 9 am, and for thisyou need to getup at 7 am, but you aregetting up at 7:30 am and blaming traffic oreverything else for being late. In real its lack ofWill Power You need to sleep early, but you blame it onchild, unable to get sleep, bed, wife in realits lack of Will Power(Some extreme cases can be genuine)
  9. 9. More Examples You want to start doing exercise orMeditation daily since so long that youdont even remember. But you blame iton lack of time, in real its lack of WillPower You get a lot of ideas since years but younever act on any of those. You are findingexcuses thinking its not the right time etcetc but in real its lack of Will Power

  12. 12. But, How ? Set small goals Enjoy Success Set bigger Goal Enjoy even moreDepending how lowis your Will Power,you need to startwith very small Goaland graduallyincreae your goal.

Example of Goals You need to get up at 7 am but you aregetting up at 9 am Set target for 8:30, Reward yourself forsuccessfully getting up at 8:30 by simplethings like patting your back or sayingpositive words about yourself. Do it successfully continuously three times,then Reduce target by 30 minutes till youreach your Goal of 7:30 am.
  14. 14. More Examples You get a lot of ideas of business, youwant to do something of your own. Pick the idea which gives of best Risk toreturn Ratio Or one which takes leastRisk but for sure pick one and do it Celebrate success, and Pick another Idea If you fail ? Celebrate failure and move on
  15. 15. Can Meditation or Exercisehelp in improving Will Power ?
  16. 16. Meditation & PhysicalExercises Though achieving any goals helps you inimproving your will power. Meditation &Body fitness exercises helps much morethan any usual goals. Meditation & Physical exercises cause achain reaction wherein you do Meditationbecause of will power and will powercomes because of Meditation
  17. 17. Natural circumstances orDisasters Many people start doing actions whenthey are left with no choices i.e. theybottom out. Success achieved on those actions resultsin improvement of Will Power In some people it results in Depressiondue to failure of actions.

  21. 21. Yes & NoWill Power can only ensure that you makethe required efforts. Required efforts playbig role in being Rich & Successful butthere are other things which I may coverin another presentation.
