IntroductionThe purpose of these instructions is to guide you through how to login and register for events using CIREIA’S new member management system. We believe once you have used the new system you will like it better than the old system. Starting April 15th CIREIA will be using this system for all event registrations.
Before you begin you will need two things: 1. Your username2. Your password
You should have received an email containing your username and password from [email protected]. If you have not received an email containing these items, email [email protected] and Debbie will send them out to you. Once you have gathered these two pieces of information we can begin.
Once you are ready, begin with Step 1.
Step 1: Open Your Web BrowserOpen Your Web browserAll the following browsers are supported
– Internet explore– Firefox– Safari– Chrome– Opera
Step 2: Enter the AddressType the address into the address bar of your browser.www.cireia.org
Step 3: Locate the Login BoxFind the box labeled “Please log in” on the left side of the browser window about half way down the page.
If it is labeled “You are logged in” then you are already signed in skip to step 5.

Step 4: LoginEnter your username and password into the appropriate boxes. Click the Login button.

Logged In?If you are logged in properly your screen will look like the image to the right.

Step 5: Select the Calendar TabSelect Calendar from the top navigation menu.

Step 6: Find The Subgroup LinksScroll to the bottom of the calendar page, you will see links to the registration pages of the various subgroups.

Step 7: Select a linkClick the link of the group you wish to register to attend. Notice: When you select a link it will open in a new window.
Registration PageThe registration link should open a page that looks like the image to the right. Notice: If the new page did not open hold the CTRL key as you click the link.
Step 8: Select Date to AttendSelect the date you wish to register to attend from the drop down box in the middle of the screen.

Step 9: Select Number of AttendeesSelect the number of people attending.

Step 10: Click Registration ButtonClick the register button. Notice the yellow arrow
Step 11: Enter Registration Information
Fill out the form with your first name, last name and email address.

Step 12: Click Register LinkClick the complete registration link.

You are Registered!You are done. You have successfully logged into the CIREIA membership site and registered for an event. To register for any future events you will follow the same procedure you just completed.
We hope this proved easy for you to complete. In future tutorials, we will show how to use other features and functions of the new improved member management system. We thank you for your continued support as we make the change from the Memberize based system to the new system.

TroubleshootingIf you do not have your username and password, contact Debbie at [email protected] to request your username and password.
If you can log in but cannot get the registration links to open: 1.Try holding the CTRL key and clicking the link2.Try right clicking the link and selecting open in a new window3.Email the technology chair at [email protected]
If you can’t register on the Eventbrite site or it doesn’t send you a confirmation email, contact [email protected]
