What you don’t know will most certainly destroy you!

Why so many problems in the world today?

• With Science advancing

• Problems are getting worse – More violent crimes

– Shorter and unhappier marriages

– Rampant diseases

– Record hopelessness

– Accelerating poverty levels

– Dismally low personal engagement

• How could that be?

• When we know more than ever?

Has this ever happened to you?

• No matter what you do nothing works • Things fall apart for no apparent reason • You have a wave of disasters, one after the

other • Experts can’t find what’s wrong with you

but you know there is something there • It feels like something is blocking your path • Other times things just work • You accomplish much and you don’t know

how you managed to do it • You have a “feeling” about something and

it turns out to be right • When you look at things in nature you get

the feeling they can’t be the product of chance

That something or “feeling” is very, very real even though Invisible.

This is the crucial truth many miss completely

This is how you experience them daily

Each system communicates differently

• Spirit small still voice (intuition, conscience)

• Mind scientific logic

• Emotions feelings

• Physical (body) 5 senses

• All are interrelated

• Mind + Emotions + Will = Soul

• You are a Spirit with a Soul that lives in a Physical Body

The Spirit knows the direction and the Mind has to figure out the way.

The Spirit is little understood because science avoids it

The only real source of information on Spiritual Matters is The Bible

Spirit

• Still small voice

• Access to spirit world

• Knows what mind doesn’t

Soul

• Mediates between the two

• Mind, Will (choice) & Emotions

• Uses reason and logic

• Logic of Mind differs from that of Emotions

Body

• Responds to the senses

“… May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.” 1 Thes 5:23

“14For if I pray in a tongue, my spirit prays, but my mind is unfruitful.” 1 Cor 14:14

Triune nature of man

You become what dominates in your Spirit

• Your Spirit is where beliefs reside – This is when you know things but can’t explain

why

– The mind usually misses the logic of the Spirit

– It must relax for you to hear what’s in your Spirit

– Love is a simple example of how it works

– You become what you believe

• The real you resides here

• Your gifts and talents reside here

• The battle for success in your life really takes place here

• That’s why no material stuff can fill a hole that is here

The Kingdom of Light and the Kingdom of Darkness

Your life is about a choice between two Kingdoms

What you get in your life is based on the laws you live by

The laws of the two Kingdoms are simple

Kingdom of Light = Growth enhances Life = live for God

Kingdom of Darkness = Stasis (being stagnant) speeds up Death = live by what pleases you only

The Kingdom of God

• Creator of all things (good)

• Live for God’s will and then yours only if it does not violate His laws

• First believe and then see the proof (faith)

• Law of Love and Giving

• Concern for self and others

• Cares for your wellbeing

• Benefits come at the end

The Kingdom of Satan

• Imitator of all things (nasty)

• Live for yourself and then only seek God when in real trouble you can’t get yourself out of

• Look for proof first and then make up your mind (doubt)

• Law of Pride and Taking

• Concern for self only

• Only cares about its agenda

• Benefits come at the beginning

Following the Kingdom of God is not a part-time thing

Growth (Life)= Effort x Order (Laws) x Delayed Gratification = solve problems x obey laws x stick to a process

This is how it works in practice

Stasis (Death)= One or more missing in E x O x DG (entropy) = Caused by Ignorance or Fear (doubt)

It’s those small daily choices that matter the most

Growth requires hard work which can be unpleasant.

Stasis and Death often appear juicy or harmless but rarely are

But why would anyone not choose Growth and Life?

Often it is down to plain old ignorance and fear.

A few minutes of rest can end up lasting for years (frog principle).

Leading to the choice being unintentional.

• The only way in is through Jesus Christ. Believe Him and His laws

• He came to wrestle earthly power away from Satan

• Satan was an anointed cherub in heaven and was filled with pride

• This sin led to him being cast out

• In time he tricked Adam into sinning and took over earth’s dominion

• Jesus came to take this dominion back and restore man’s standing with God

• God’s plan is for man to enter into His Kingdom again

• He talks to you through your spirit

• Satan’s agenda is to keep you out

• Without Jesus you are doomed!

Kingdom of God basics

• The enemy (Satan and his demons) has already been defeated

• You’ve been given power over them

• But you must walk closely with God and follow His laws

• If you don’t the enemy will trick you into backsliding and harass you

• All Satan wants is to use you to do his destructive work

• On your own you stand no chance

• His ‘blessings’ are always tricks

• Which is why you need to walk closely with God every moment

Being a follower of the Kingdom of God

Walking with God

• Understand this is a fulltime commitment

• Believe Jesus Christ and obey His laws

• Then your Spirit gets renewed

• But your soul (mind and emotions) remain as before, hostile to God’s laws

• You now need to feed your mind with the Word (understand the laws in detail)

• Your new Spirit and renewed mind (Soul) will dominate your body so you obey the laws

• Satan will always use the body to tempt you. It’s wired to respond to the senses

• On your own you can’t win this battle

• This is where God’s Holy Spirit comes in to help you, but you must listen and obey

Remember Satan just never gives up

• He will keep poking around at your defences looking for weaknesses

• When he does he’ll make you feel like following Christ is a waste of your time

• He’ll bring all sorts of tricks and problems

• When you fall simply repent and get up again

• Your only defence is being with Jesus Christ

• Use His name to rebuke the enemy but you must believe His promises all the time

• You fortify yourself by being in good standing with God and His laws

• God is pure and doesn’t tolerate sinfulness, which is why repenting is key

How you open the way for Satan to attack

• You go it alone and disobey God’s laws – He removes His protection over you

– This is why Israel was punished in the Old Testament

• You participate in activities dedicated to him or go to ‘his’ places – This gives him the legal right to attack you

– You can’t beat a strongman in his house

• He capitalises on your ignorance of the power you have over him in Jesus Christ – Your power and authority are useless if you don’t know

how to use them

– Here he’s just taking chances and you let him

• As a Christian it is up to you to use the authority you have over Satan – If you don’t he stays and brings misery to your life

This brings us back to our thesis that …

Ask yourself: “By the laws of which Kingdom am I living?”

The evidence of his attacks

• If you are a Christian

– He can’t touch your Spirit

– He messes up with your soul and body • Relationships fall apart

• Your assets just disintegrate

• Resources dry up; he withholds them

• Things fall apart at the last minute for no reason

• You experience periods of utter emotional emptiness

• At times suffering happens because God gets more glory from your up-nosing him – Job remained loyal despite his trials

– Apostle Paul praised God despite his ‘thorn’

• The reason things are falling apart – Is not just because your planning is poor

– It’s because you are under spiritual attack

– How have you opened the door to the enemy?

Just because you can’t see it doesn’t mean it’s not there

Which is why you must arm yourself with knowledge

Solving your Visible problems

• Your visible problems fall into these three groups

– Mind learning and growing (resources)

– Emotions relationships (including with yourself)

– Body diseases

• The roadmap shows how the Kingdom of God offers solutions to all these problems

• Emphasis is on the practical things you can do now

• For this to happen you must understand God’s purpose and Jesus Christ’s role

• And what your part in it is

• And then make a decision to do it

• You already have many great tools

• But you cannot do it alone

• You must connect permanently to the Source (God) through your Spirit

• This is how you defeat the enemy

The objective of Spiritual DNA is ...

• To give you wholistic information about forces affecting your life

• To break the cycle of ignorance and fear that keeps you captive

• Spiritual warfare is real whether you believe it or not

• Satan is highly active now that his time is getting shorter and shorter

• You need only look around you

• If you’re not God’s you’re his!

• But there’s a way out, take it now

• Make a decision to follow Christ

• We’ll give you the information and support

• To bring positive change in your life

How you see yourself makes all the difference!
