The Goal

Get college freshmen to 1. Create a vision board with their life

goals on it, post it up in their room2. Visualize themselves already having

achieved these goals for one minute in the morning after waking up and one minute at night immediately before sleeping

Insights

Creating a vision board and using it is heavily biased towards a 1-time effort. Once you harness the energy to do the initial upfront work of creating the board, you reap the rewards!

Tip: create a vision board when you are high on the motivation wave.
