1. Making a Pre-nap Meal Begin by rummaging

through the kitchens pantry, refrigerator, and cabinets, for delicious/ semi-delicious foods. Prepare and eat.

*This step may take time depending of food availability. If pressed for time skip this step

2. Bathroom Break Take a bathroom

break. Nothing is worse then getting up from your nap. Nuhsaid…

3. Finding Comfort Moving forward it is

important to supply the proper napping materials. This step includes rummaging around for blankets, pillows, and various unreasonably childish teddy bears (unless of course you’re a child…my bad.)

4. Finding Cozy Place Snack Once again you should

take no more than 5 minutes to rummage through the kitchen for a cozy place snack. This will be your sustenance leading up to sleep.

5. The Cozy Place It’s important for you

to scavenge for a place to nap. This involves finding a place that is not too hot or too cold, it should be just right (sorry couldn’t help it). This area should also be out of direct sunlight.

6. The Toss Down Next is the toss down,

this involves you throwing all of the previously collected blankets, pillows, and unreasonably childish teddy bears into/ onto your cozy place.

7. Rearrange In this step you will

find yourself rearranging your pillows and blankets into a desired position. The pillows should be positioned at the area that your head will be and the surrounding area of where your body will be.

8. Napping Position Resume the napping

position! For most this begins with laying on your back, but if preferred you can lay on you sides and belly. Whatever position your should feel comfortable.

*If you can’t find a comfortable position, the repetition of step 7 may be required.

9. Cozy Munching At this time you may

proceed to munching, crunching, and eating your cozy place snack. This step is included to insure that you don’t have to get up if your still hungry.

10. Cuddle Proceed to choose

your favorite unreasonably childish teddy bear, and place it in your arms as if you are giving it a big hug. Maintain this cuddle until the nap has ended.

11. Nap Commencement You may no begin nodding off into the beautiful word

of sleep.

12. Squirming This step isn’t necessary, but can occur unintentionally.

Allow yourself to roll over/ toss and turn.
