This is Lorena Stanley, with WorldBridge Partners; Executive Search Firm.
I’ve been retained by the leading provider of online marketing solutions to find a Standout Talent Acquisition Leader to head up a 26 person team, with 4 direct reports, in a 2000+ person organization.
The key is having past success in a fast growing organization that has a large (700+) “feet on the street” sales organization.
I’m looking for an Exceptional Leader to join as Head of Talent Acquisition (reporting directly to the SVP HR) for this fast growing, multi-national company.
This is an opportunity to be part of a leading edge company that:

• Play a highly visible role in the company, having direct interactions with all Senior Management, especially C-Level

• Your job is to come in with your overall Talent Acquisition expertise
• And build out best practices with emphasis on building the Outside Sales recruiting efforts and implementing world class succession planningprocesses.
This position will require the following:
• Successful, progressive Recruiting Leadership experience,
• Strong executive presence and confidence to sit at the table with the C-Level Team
• Successful experience in building out large Outside Sales Teams
Here are some Nice To Haves:
• Prior experience in technology organizations who sell to SMBs
• Prior experience working in both Recruiting Firms and in Corporate environments
• A combination of Corporate experience and working with smaller startups is a plus
Compensation:Includes a very competitive base salary, bonus plan, equity and benefits.
