objects such as loofas, pumice stones,

abrasive sponges, and exfoliating gloves all

assist in further exfoliation. You may also be

experiencing build up of dead skin cells on

other parts of your body besides your face.

Body Exfoliation

For the back and chest, use a loofa with

a long handle for reach. Don’t be afraid

to be a little tough on the back. Many

suffer from blemishes due to the sweat

and oil produced in this area. A great

liquid body wash to invigorate the skin
