Source Selection Methodology• Tradeoff – An award may be made to other than the lowest

priced proposal if the Government determines that paying a price premium for the higher rated proposal is warranted. The Government may also award to other than the highest rated proposal, if the Government determines that paying a price premium is not warranted.
