Our classic award-winning foldable RIB F360was the first foldable RIB in the world invented by Winboat team back in 2004.

Throughout the years, experience grew as we received feedback from various users and the boat was continually developed.

Nowadays, Winboat F360 is widely used by emergency and rescue teams, fishermen, hunters and experiences boaters from Europe, UK and other countries. Weighing just 106 pounds (48 kg) it takes over 1500 lbs of payload and capable to carry 4 adults. Wide transom permits use of outboard motor up to 25 HP, but even with 15 HP outboard Winboat F360 Foldable RIB boat can speed up to 23 knots (26 mph).

If you need something bigger and more comfortable than our classic foldable RIB boats - than F375 is a perfect option for you. You can take one extra person aboard and enjoy flat anti-slippery deck with additional compartment for fuel tank in the back section of foldable fiberglass hull. Still, light enough to be easily deployed by two people from a trunk or yacht's deck to water in less than 10 minutes, this boat's payload is over 1600 lbs and it can take up 25 HP outboard.

Winboat F375 Flat-deck RIB

Our heavy-duty F430 with unique 4-fold hull design is a perfect solution when you need more capacity without any storage compromise.

Solid fiberglass hull provides excellent stability and seaworthiness. High quality PVC tubes consist of five separate chambers and allow to maintain buoyancy even if a large amount of water is brought aboard due to the bad weather conditions.

Tubes are made with German HEYTex and MEHLER PVC in the tubes workshop. Each tube is tested for air-tightness for 24 hours at least.After thorough checks, hull components and tubes are coming to assembly line, where they are being glued together and thermally bonded. After all components are assembled together, seals are checked for tightness and boat is going for dispatch.

Having the complete production cycle under one roof allows us to maintain high quality control of the manufacturing process at any given stage and instant response to design modifications and improvements based on customers’ and our test team’s feedback. 

We don't have much automation in our facility - for us boatbuilding is primarily a labor of love, it always was and will be a calling and never just a business.

Production starts in the fiberglass workshop - structural-grade glass fiber fabric that was originally developed for airplane construction is being saturated with the best available liquid resin in special molds that were designed, produced and maintained within the company. Layer by layer, very lightweight yet exceptionally strong composite appear. Hull components then being curated and send to assembly.
