With the recent rise of incubators, Seed funds, Angel Investors, Venture Capitalists (VCs) and boost by Government policies, the Country is set to see the next phase of growth in coming times.

It is a mere passion of the Entrepreneurs that values their Startup from a 1 person Company to a mature Organization. As a Startup, you are single-handedly multi-tasking all the functions of your Firm. However, when the growth hits, everyday becomes difficult to be managed & you feel if there were more Leaders in your Startup who can be as passionate as you are and will bring same or better results in their functions, which is definitely the need of the hour, at that time. However, every Startup will agree, that the most difficult part to hack the growth is hiring “The Right People at the Right Positions doing things Right”.
