The parameters of the study were finalized and a structured questionnaire was designed to be used as a primary data collection tool.
The sectors covered in the study were finalized along with the leading organizations from each sector.
A formal invitation e-mail was sent to the HR, CEO’s and MD’s of the organizations requesting for participation.
The response received from all participants was validated and checked for accuracy.
The data received was collated and analyzed to get detailed insights on Hiring & Attrition Trends
