Design Philosophy: ! Determining Loads:

Dead Loads are determined according to architectural details. Live Load, Snow load and Wind Loads are taken according to related specifications. Earthquake Loads are calculated according to related specifications for proper zone.

The most critical roof purlin, ceiling beam, wall stud and floor joist is checked against imposed loads whether member forces exceed the capacity. Floor Joists are analysed and designed by SAP2000 software. According to the analysis results, additional screws are used together with rivets where necesary .

Design Parameters: ! Steel thickness ! Section Height (90mm or 140 mm) ! Stud, joist, beam or purling spacing.

(30cm, 40cm or 60 cm) ! Using Sections back to back and

obtaining I-section. ! Joist Height (30 cm or 40 cm)

All calculated lateral loads are carried by flat strap X-type bracings. OSB and other cladding materials make significant contribution to lateral load carrying capacity. Special anchorage details are used to transfer the bracing tension to foundation.

According to the structural calculations, shop drawings are prepared by ACAD software. Whole production is controlled by RF software so user errors are eliminated.

Frames can be assembled in workshop and transported to site or production can be done at site according to project scale. Steel Rivets are used to assemble the frames.

Heat and Sound Insulation is done properly according to the requirements. Various internal and external cladding materials are available depending on building type. Plumbing, electrical and heating installation requirements are applied through wall and joist spaces.
