20.000 m² production areas for steelwork and closed workshop where300 ton head cranes are availablegiving Desan unique advantage in

technicians and other stuff.

Blasting & Painting

As per large experience of Desan coming from repair services, paint application in cargo hold & cargotank treatment, tank treatment, hatch cover treatment together with accommodation and hull areaare completed in accordance with paint manufacturer’s guidelines with all necessary criteria beingmet prior to commencement of coating and of course carefully complied with during the coatingprocess. Washing of ship hulls, superstructures and other ship spaces with water under pressure upto 500 bar (WOM).

Chukoku, Hempel, International, Jotun, Kcc & Sigma are our main suppliers. Professional advice,supervision, inspection of preparatory and painting work on the basis of a full set of internationalstandards.

Surface preparation are done up to SA2,5 with grit blasting. Cleaning with water up to 2000 bar &nbsp. Air Compressor: 450 cbm / min @ 8 bars - up 45 nozzles / dock in addition to Water Jets: 14nozzles @ 750 bar & 6 nozzles@ 2000 bar
