West Hawaii (Kailua Kona) Real Estate Report Summary

Looking at Condos in that median range ($258,900) there are 23 properties available. ($225-$280k)

High inventory will suggest that Condos are sitting on the market for longer. Low inventory will drive prices up - as wesit right now, the market is hard to call - numbers up, prices down, my "feet on the ground gut feeling" tells me priceswill go up more as our busy season arrives (winter is our busy season)

Sellers should make sure to price their home near the market value if they expect to get an offer from one of thoseinterested buyers.
