Thank you for joining us and participating in this community discussion.

The purpose of this meeting is to take public comments on proposed service changes that will be effective on Monday, September 5, 2016. No final decisions have been made.

Be considerate of meeting attendees and COTA staff – please silence cell phones and other technology

When it is your turn to make a comment or ask a question, please remain at your seat and we will call on you

Ask one question at a time so the appropriate COTA staff member may address your comment

Comments and questions are limited to two (2) minutes per person

Participants are encouraged to complete comment cards

COTA modifies service three times per year – the first Monday of:

PROPOSED LINE NUMBER CHANGE: NIGHT OWL

Like the CBUS and AirConnect, the Night Owl will be listed by its name without a number.

The number “21” will no longer be associated with the Night Owl. The number will instead be used for the new line 21 Hilliard-Rome.

Goals: • Link Westside Columbus,

Hilliard and Tuttle Mall

• Provide new connections to existing COTA service

Goal: Due to construction along Joyce Avenue between Kenmore Road and Maloney Park, southbound Line 81 will be rerouted to Cleveland Avenue
