Meeting Application is mobile event application with numerous
features for conference organising that benefit both the
participants and the organisers. Users can choose language they
prefer for displaying features as: surveys, sponsors, media

can invent their own features to incorporate into their mobile

CMS - Content Management System is a module in which the
organisers can organise data and all necessary information. Data
are immediately visible in the application. Manage all the features
of your mobile event app! Here you can check which part of the
world your users are from. Statistics and detailed data showing how
many participants are using your mobile app (for both iOS and
Android version).
Speakers - you want to quickly find somebody? Dont worry! Our
search engine will help you to do it immediately. Information is
available about each speaker. Find the speaker quickly! Photos of
speakers will facilitate your research and will build the trust of
participants. And choose the person to view information added by
the organise.

All data are added by an event organiser. Here, the organiser can
include the main information about the speaker
Maps - foreign country, city, buildings? No problem! Meeting
Application will be really helpful. As an event organiser, you can
add maps, and mark features on them to help your participants. Maps
are uploaded from googlemaps or Apple. First include your maps.
...and add short descriptions of marked places. You can mark as
many different palces as you want...
With our mobile app youll never be lost! Choose the place and
this button will show you the route from your current position to
that place.
Maps of the city, hotels and parking areas can be added.

Agenda - this module presents a list of events with details of:
speakers, timings, places of events, all necessary data. The
organiser can add as many events as he/she wants and update the
information if necessary. Events are divided into different paths.

Now you can search by categories: days, paths, favourite
events. Lets see whats planned for Day 2. Just choose the right
button ...and your agenda is now updated.
Events - they are added to the mobile application to give all
necessary information about what will take place. Your rating is
really important! ...dont forget about the speakers: names and
brief information. Here is a place for the title, date, place and
path. Read the description to be well prepared for the
event...
Questions - here is a module where questions from all app users
are presented. You can add yours. Find the question that interests
you. You liked the question? Rate it!
Networking - a list of participants is presented in this
module. You can chat with them as much as you want. Invaluable,
when you want to receive a quick answer to your question! Look at
the list of participants and get to know them better. Communicate
with your participants as much as you want. They can answer
immediately!
News - this feature in the mobile app is to inform participants
whats going on during the event or in the fast-developing IT world.
News can be uploaded from Twitter, blogs, Facebook or other media.
Look at the news source ...and the icon. Now read the message and
use this link to get more information. Isnt it clear and
intelligible?
News Choose the button to display the channels. And mark the
channel of interest.
Sponsors - the sponsors of your event can be presented in this
module. You can add their names and logos. Let them shine! Your
sponsors are in hierarchy. You can use other categories than gold
and silver sponsor.
Surveys - quickly convey information about the conference to
the organiser. You get immediate feedback! As an organiser, you can
write any question you want. Are you satisfied with the conference?

Authorization - participants can add information and, photos to
create an exceptional profile! Join your profile to the other
social media. Include a photo - nobody will ask your name!
Profile - tell the others about yourself. You wont be asked
these questions again. Who are you? Where do you work? Why are you
here? Tell the others about yourself, show them your
personality!
Gallery - this can contain many different photos to make the
gallery vivid and colourful photos and videos Categories are listed
in the first view. You can choose Rooms to see what is inside.
