Assessing impact: Case study Europeana 1914-1918

Research question 1: ’Can we assess and express the social and cultural value of Europeana 1914-1918 service, in a way that it is structured & quantifiable but without losing sight of the less tangible but equally valuable qualitative aspects?’

Research question 2: ’Can we use this research in a way that we can turn this into a useful impact assessment tool for Europeana and its partners?’

1.517 responses, after sanitation, 393 were deemed valid; representing 151

users and 242 non-users
