The City Centre

>THE 90s: The city centre is a shopping center of 25000 m², embeded between the big traffic lanes, the pedestrian accesses are closed in the evening. There is no housing, no inhabitants …>THE CITY CENTRE IN 2007, instead of the shopping center : streets, places and public garden were fitted out, 500 housing (private and public) gives to the city center its inhabitants, and businesses, companies and new facilities bring a new dynamism

Any solutions ?

>During 20 last years :for 10 euros spent for urban renewal, one was spent for social policies. For the next 20 years, find a better balance and link social and urban projects

> The classic labour market is unapproachable for a large part of our inhabitants. Give the capacity to develop alternative social economy and the right to experiment new approaches
