... October 2008, London Citizens act outside Department for Work and Pensions, Department for Children, Schools and Families and the Treasury. A few weeks later Ed Balls promises to pay a Living Wage to those working for the DCSF and contracted staff.

... October 2009, Trick or Treat. London Citizens act again at the Department for Work and Pensions and the Treasury. But this time they visited DCSF to thank them for paying the Living Wage.
