The  masthead  of  the  cover  magazine  is  ‘Vibe’.  It’s  written  in  red  colour  and  it’s  really  big  because  it’s  the  title  of  the  magazine.                                                                                                                                                                            On  the  right  and  on  the  left  of  the  cover  magazine  there  are  cover  lines,  which  give  some  information  about  the  magazine  contents.  The  colours  used  are  red,  white  and  black.  I  really  like  these  colours,  especially  the  red  because  they  attract  the  reader.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            On  the  top  there’s  the  ‘puff’,  which  is  a  piece  of  writing  that  attract

you  to  read  it.  In  this  cover  magazine  the  puff  is  an  exclusive  about  Eminem,  one  of  the  most  interesting  pages  you  can  find  in  the  magazine.  

Obviously  there’s  also  the  barcode  on  which  there’s  the  cover  price  and  publish  date.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          In  the  middle  there’s  a  big  photograph  of  Kesha,  the  main  character  of  the  magazine.  She’s  looking  at  us;  we  can  note  the  eye  contact  to  the  audience.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      The  language  used  is  informal  and  looking  at  the  picture,  Kesha’s  pose  and  at  the  titles  which  give  information  about  the  magazine’s  contents,  we  can  understand  that  it’s  a  magazine  addressed  to  young  guys,  probably  between  15  –  20  years  old  and  it  features  ReB  and  hip  hop’s  music.

The  masthead  of  the  magazine  is  ‘Billboard’.    The  colours  used  on  the  magazine  are  black,  pink,  yellow  and  white.  The  colours  of  the  title  are  connected  to  Katy  Perry’s  dress.                                                                                                                                              On  the  right  top  there’s  the  puff,  which  attracts  more  the  reader.  There’s  also  some  cover  lines,  which  give  some  information  about  the  contents  magazine.  The  first  thing  you  see  when  you  look  at  the  cover  magazine  is  the  title  ‘Katy  Perry’,  the  main  cover  line.  It’s  written  in  black  on  the  pink  background,  it’s  big  and  it’s  in  the  middle.  You  can  also  see  the  cover  price  and  the  publish  date  but  not  the  barcode;  maybe  it’s  on  the  back.  In  the  middle  there’s  a  big  photograph  of  Katy  Perry:  we  can  note  the  eye  contact  and  the  connections  between  the  colours  of  Katy’s  dress  and  the  other  colours  on  the  magazine.  The  magazine  is  probably  addressed  to  guys  between  14  –  17  years  old.

The  title  of  the  cover  magazine  is  ‘Rolling  Stone’,  which  is  also  the  masthead.  It’s  written  in  orange  and  it  really  attracts  the  reader  because  it’s  a  dark  colour  on  the  white  background.  The  most  used  colours  are  white,  black,  orange  and  yellow.  There’s  also  a  big  photograph  of  the  Beatles  but  in  this  case  they  are  not  looking  at  us,  but  they  are  reading  a  newspaper,  so  the  thing  that  attracts  more  is  the  main  cover  line.  On  the  top  of  the  cover  magazine  there’s  the  puff  with  some  words  that  resume  some  articles  you  will  find  in.  Near  the  puff  there’s  the  cover  price  and  the  publish  date  and  below  on  the  left  there’s  the  barcode.
