CASE STUDY INTEL

The 5 year project involved one of Intel’s R&D projects from the I-R Lab targeted to explore opportunities for emerging markets. The Intel chip has the ability to present a user interface and be connected to the internet. This was one of their earliest versions of an IoT chip.

KEY DELIVERABLES • Along with my Intel counterpart shepherded

the idea until it got buy in and funding.

• Helped define the key constructs of the product the potential business models and go to market strategies

• Helped govern the project teams that consisted of a task force from Intel, July, Content Providers, Device OEMs and Service Providers.

CASE STUDY MATCHIFY

COMPANY

A mobile dating application for the India market promoted by the Matrimony group one of the world’s largest online match-making businesses

KEY DELIVERABLES

Collaborated with founder of matrimony.com with inputs from the board to crystallize the positioning of the product for launch

Developed a differentiated offering and launch go-to-market strategy

Worked with the different groups in Matrimony to help orient the matrimony focused organization with the dating space

Market Launch in the Bangalore in Feb 2015. The app has cross 1L downloads

Collaborated with the Industry Solutions Group to develop consumer and employee facing solutions that leveraged Cisco’s hardware and infrastructure products. Offerings targeted hospitals, malls, stadiums, theme parks and connected cities

KEY DELIVERABLES

Defined “hyper local mobile experiences” catering to mobile users at large physical locations. The service integrated kiosks, specialized equipment, mobile phones and IoT devices

Helped evangelize this to internal Cisco groups and Cisco customers to validate the need and refine the offering
