I’ll give another example. Let’s say an existing user views your app’s cancel page. Instead of losing this user, you can set up a trigger-based message, like a text message, to automatically send them a text to encourage them to stay. You can’t do this with the typical marketing message. Your emails, text messages, and push notifications would get to the user when it’s too late.
