over 15 years and become a regional powerhouse and a global service provider in the oil and gas industry. I began this company with nothing much more than a pocket full of dreams and it

still takes me by surprise to see how far we have come.

In early 1999, West Space Group has positioned itself as one of the general distributor of Pipeline and Fitting Solutions in MENA region by identifying and responding to cus-

tomer requirements and the changing trends in the Oilfield, Petrochemical, and Ship Repairs Industries.

Building on more than 14 years of experience, West Space Group provides its clients with high quality of products and services through the combination of a

well motivated workforce lead by our dedicated management team.

More than three years have passed since the 2008 financial crisis, yet global economic recovery remains fragile and sluggish. Recession has

brought challenges for all the industries around the globe, but despite of this, we at West Space Group were able to surpass the tide and

remained stronger. We adopted a corporate structure that allows us to be a more competitive business and market player. The

ongoing economic and social changes have required the fo-cused attention of all our employees to improve performance

West SpaceProductsOur surveillance activities follow specific check lists that include:Review of the order content and evaluation of supplier’s production capability. Review of contractual terms.

Availability of the necessary material for the production and/or review of the scheduled time of arrival. Review of expediting activities of the supplier and the respective sub-supplier(s). Review of documents related to production and inspection.

Actual production status and the production schedule, evaluation and review of the necessary time required for preparation of material for shipment, after final inspection.

After review of the above points the result of expediting activities are introduced into our system thus enabling an efficient and updated control of activities. We therefore keep our clients updated on the status of the contract on a weekly or

monthly basis.

We have tie-ups with overland transport companies, and arrangements with shipping lines and freight handling companies to ensure the mobility of our material smoothly to your destination. We offer tailor-made transport

solutions according to specific requests by our customers. Moreover, our shipping department is equipped with a professional team that has a clear understanding of INCO terms, custom clearance and other procedures.

In order to ensure that materials are delivered on time according to the contract and in line with the project schedule, West Space has organized its own expediting and the logistics departments.

Expediting activities are systematically carried our according to specific procedures that keep the work process under control by means of periodic controls of the manufacturing schedules. A single contact

person is assigned to each client in an effort to streamline, to the greatest extent possible, administrative paperwork while ensuring orders are being filled successfully. This department also provides clients

with an up-to-date status report on order progress.
