MESH, The Experience Agency, is a global firm that uses mobile technology in researching, analysing and reporting on consumers’ attitudes toward their experiential interactions with brands. MESH has offices in New York City, London and Sao Paolo, Brazil, with plans to open offices in other parts of the world, including Singapore.

MESH business challengeIronically, while it relies entirely on mobile technology for its work on behalf of clients, MESH was at a loss when it came to finding the most economical and reliable mobile service for its own mobile voice, text and data communications between its offices and executives as they travelled.

MESH obtained mobile service from two top wireless operators, in the US and UK. Yet, the agency experienced a number of service problems in the UK.
