DESCRIPTION

It's something that I have been wondering for quite a while now. Should I hire a personal trainer? I am so used to trying to work out by myself, that it may seem weird to have someone else tell me what to do. But the fact of the matter is that I can no longer count on myself to do my workouts every day.

It makes me even sadder to know that I have the power to do my own training, but not the will. If I can get a personal trainer, he or she could whip me into shape with the firm hand of authority. That's what I really need. Then I feel like I should be able to do what needs to be done for my health.
