Currently there are lots of goods transfer companies but there is no particular platform for them

This will provide a link between the companies and the customer

Its Target customers are the job employer

who frequently changes there house and also the businessman

Main goal is to connect all the movers & packers at one place to make the customers life easy

Its goal to get a benchmark of 10 million customer in upcoming 5 year

• Customer - Job employer who frequently changes there house and also the businessman

• Collaborators - All the goods courier, Movers & Packers

• Competitors – All the goods courier and movers & packers are doing the similar work but they will work as a stakeholder in this company

Products – Product is in the form of service. It will connect the customer with the goods couriers and movers & packers

Brand – Its name is Gkart. Its for providing best service for transferring goods

Price – This App will free for all and there will be monthly subscription charge for the all the companies which would be attached to it

Implementation

Infrastructure – There will be a unit for the contacting the various companies like goods couriers, movers & packers

• Process - Firsty will design a user friendly interference which can be easily use by customer & companies.

• Then a unit will contact to various companies for collaboration and a separate unit will contact to sponsors

• Managing unit will be there to maintain a link between companies and customers
