CUSTOMER SUCCESS STORY

We were delighted with the speed at which Cantarus

was able to respond to the changes that are typical

in a post-aquisition period which allowed us to go-

live, on budget and faster than we had anticipated.

IN BRIEF

CHALLENGE:

Challenged with an inflexible existing

web solution after an acquisition,

QuantiQ needed to implement a

rebrand and create a flexible new

website on a brand new CMS within

very tight time-scales.

SOLUTION:

Combined with third-party modules

purchased from the DNN Store, the

DNN Platform Content Management

System (CMS) was implemented to

create a responsive, high-quality,

corporate website.

RESULT:

Cantarus developed an easy-to-

use and easy-to-manage mobile

responsive website incorporating

QuantiQ’s rebrand in 22 working

days, within budget and ahead of the

anticipated schedule.

QuantiQ is a leading Microsoft Dynamics partner, specialising in simplifying business processes and

enhancing business performance to drive growth, profitability and efficiency. Providing business

consulting, design, implementation and managed services out of their London headquarters,

QuantiQ has successfully deployed Microsoft Dynamics over 600 times.

THE SOLUTION

Due to the tight time frames, Cantarus’ development team adopted

an Agile approach to the project, working alongside QuantiQ to

simultaneously set out the requirements and design of the website.

The new website was built cost-effectively using the extensible and

secure DNN Platform, third-party DNN modules and an interactive

and dynamic theme from the DNN Store. The theme purchased

was heavily customised by Cantarus’ front-end development team.

Cantarus utilised the DNN Store to speed up development time and

provide a solution on-time and within budget.

Together the collection of modules, CSS3 animations and sliders

allowed for Cantarus to produce a high quality, sleek, rebranded

website which was mobile-responsive and easily scalable to meet the

needs of a growing organisation.

Once the look and feel of the site was established, the web pages

were structured into sections using HTML modules and custom

CSS. Cantarus was able to quickly and efficiently add content and

deploy new pages by utilising DNN templates and setting up standard

QuantiQ page templates, ready for QuantiQ’s content managers to

create new pages going forward.

THE CHALLENGE

A global company, QuantiQ grew out of the UK acquisition of Tectura

in 2014. Post-merger, a new website incorporating the new branding

was crucial to showcase QuantiQ’s products and services and needed

to be produced within two months of the acquisition.

QuantiQ required a flexible, easy-to-manage, modern website which

integrated its new branding and allowed content managers to quickly

and easily add content using a dynamic and versatile CMS. The

previous legacy solution provided limited accessibility, with small

changes typically taking five days and larger changes taking three to

six weeks, in addition to the following challenges:

Upon conducting a formal tender process encompassing developers

providing websites across a range of well-known CMS solutions,

Cantarus was selected after structuring a project that met QuantiQ’s

time constraints and demonstrating flexibility in its approach. Cantarus

recommended the DNN Platform CMS, a Microsoft technology-based

product which closely aligned with QuantiQ’s internal infrastructure

and provided a strong platform from which to deploy a new brand and

vision in a short period of time.

Legacy web application out-of-date

New company formed with no online marketing

platform, needed rebranding.

Tight time-scales for completion

With our previous solution, some changes

took up to six weeks, we wanted to be

able to make changes that matched the pace of

our organisation. “

system delivered in 22 working days, within budget. QuantiQ’s new

DNN re-branded corporate website is crucial in meeting online visitor

demands and providing an outlet to generate interest and opportunity.

With phase 2 in the pipeline, QuantiQ aim to expand the website with

new tools and interactive functionality.

With the desired look and feel achieved, QuantiQ’s marketing team

can easily access the website and keep it updated with new content,

pages and functionality, all within their preferred browser.

was a core requirement for QuantiQ post-merger; the speed of the

project delivery exceeded original time-scales.
