I need a volunteer!

A person sits down on a chair on stage. She asks person to put out their arm and hold it there to test their strength. She then talks about how we used to believe that the Earth was flat, now we now it’s round. She asks the volunteer whether they believe the earth is flat or round. Then she asks the person to pretend they believe that the earth is flat, and say out loud “the earth is flat”. Volunteer puts her arm out and as Lisa pushes it goes down. The volunteer lost strength physically by saying something she didn’t really believe. Then Lisa asks the volunteer to think about something that makes her happy, a good memory. She tests the strength of the arm by pushing it down again and the volunteer doesn’t budge. Strong. She then asks to think about something that makes the volunteer angry, volunteer puts her arm out, Lisa pushes it down; and the arm goes down. AGAIN she lost strength. Lisa says “Basically if we are made to do something that we don’t believe, or think negative thoughts it makes us weaker physically! Imagine what it does to our mind!”
